NaturaGas provides safety training and support to customers including installation safety guidelines, proper usage training, emergency procedures, and safety data sheets (SDS) for all products.
NaturaGas maintains a comprehensive emergency response plan with 24/7 emergency hotline, trained response teams, coordination with local emergency services, and evacuation procedures.
All incidents are documented, investigated, and reported to relevant authorities within required timeframes. Root cause analysis is performed and corrective actions are implemented.
